Spa Etiquette
Reservations: To make reservation, please call (301)775-7481 to book. A valid credit card number will be required at the time of booking to support our cancellation policy.
Standing Appointments
We highly recommend setting up standing appointments and/or pre-booking your next appointment to maintain your services at your most convenient time.
Return Policy
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with the proof of purchase for store credit only.
Arrival
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour advance notification if you are unable to make your sheduled appointment. If less notice is given we cannot fill the time slot and you will be charged 50% of the service.
Gift Card/Certificates
Share the figt of the "well being" with our Vital Day Spa Gift Card/Certificate. Redeemable for service or retail(gratuity not included). Gift Cards/Certificates can be purchased online, on-site or by phone order and mailed out. Gift cards/certificates are NON-REFUNABLE.

Gratuity can be added to your credit card and of course we accept cash.
